Mission, Vision, Theory of Change
Our Mission
We strive to connect our neighbors with services they need to transform their lives.
Our Vision
We seek to build a prosperous, healthy, and equitable South Side neighborhood that empowers families to transcend systemic poverty.
Our Strategy
We believe our vision will be achieved by providing access to wraparound, long-term case management services for our neighbors that focuses on intentional and holistic connections to tools, resources and services necessary for economic and social stabilization. We believe to be truly stabilized is to have all needs met (Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs) and report favorably in all 8 dimensions of wellness (financial, emotional/mental, environmental, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and occupational).
